Lisa Loeb to Be a First-Time Mommy

tay' singer Lisa Loeb and her husband Roey Hershkovitz have announced they'll be first time parents later this years. "They're excited to welcome their first child this winter," Loeb's manager Janet Billig Rich told PEOPLE

Loeb, 41, and Hershkovitz, 31, a music guy for 'The Tonight Show With Conan O'Brien,' met in 2006 and were married in January.
